Marcelo Pelleriti Wines
Marcelo Pelleriti has managed to become a benchmark of worldwide oenology. His talent has led this Argentinian profes- sional to stand among the best.
Indeed, he is the first and only Latin American winemaker to obtain 100 points Robert Parker. Thanks to over 36 harvests in Vista Flores - Uco Valley - Argentina, Pomerol - Bordeaux - France and Spain, he has learned how to play the vineyard, and achieved excellent production results with his worldwide famous wines.
As a young professional, Marcelo was taken under Michel Rolland’s wing, an influential Bordeaux-based oenologist, with hundreds of clients across 13 countries and influencing wine style around the world. Together, they managed to turn the vineyard into outstanding wines with a worldwide reputation. Yet, his passion for wines is a relentless pursuit that led him to embark on his own personal project, Marcelo Pelleriti Wines, in 2007. In this project, Marcelo set out to revalue the terroirs that marked the beginning of his career.
Alongside his personal project, Marcelo is the official oenologist at Bodega Monteviejo in Tunuyán located in the world-famous Mendoza region in Argentina.
Moreover, Marcelo Pelleriti is also oenologist for Chateau La Violette and Chateau Le Gay in Bordeaux, France.
