Color Red Varietal Malbec Vintage 2014 Aging 24–36 months in new French oak barrels, followed by 5 years of bottle aging. Region Vista Flores, Tunuyán, Mendoza, Argentina. Harvest Method Hand-harvested in small 12 kg plastic crates. Vinification Each cluster is hand-destemmed, and the grapes are then placed in French oak barrels for a cold maceration at 8°C for 20 days. During fermentation, the barrels are rotated and manual pigeage is carried out daily. Serving Temperature Recommended serving temperature: 14–16°C.
